NEW PRODUCT CODE IMPLEMENTATION

This is to inform you that we, NEOCTR CO.,
LTD (hereafter CTR), are implementing new product code system, effective on May
1st, 2019. The purpose of this change is to better serve our customers with a
more streamlined production and logistics management.
We understand it may result in affecting
your order placement system. In order to mitigate possible risks in your
operations, the old product codes will also remain in our catalogue until
December 31st, 2021, so you will be able to match up new codes with old ones.
Your understanding and cooperation will be
the key enabler for us to complete this important transition successfully, and
