CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME “NEOCTR” to “CENTRAL”

We
would like to inform you that our legal entity name will be changed from NEOCTR
Co., Ltd. into CENTRAL Corporation effective from October 1, 2020. This is in
accordance with the merger of the two companies.
Dating back to the year of 2012, CTR Aftermarket Division
branched out from CENTRAL in the name of NEOCTR, as a focused organization to
offer a wider range of products at a better price for the global aftermarket.
Now the capabilities and fundamentals we have built for last ten years will
blend in again with those of our OEM business at CENTRAL. The decision has been
made based on a careful assessment of our growth potential in aftermarket,
which we believe will lead to the enhancement of our competitiveness from the
operational, financial, and customer-centric perspectives.
We would like to ensure that in spite of the merger, our level of customer satisfaction will be remained same as before. Please kindly consult our sales representatives who will assist you with legal and operational requirements, if any, for the business management process of your company.
