Are the polymers and aluminum strong enough?

CTR has been supplying OE HSL for many years. We have tested numerous products with the installation on actual vehicles. With such know-how, we made a new HSL product for AM products. Since we manufacture our products based on OE specifications, both strength and performance are qualified.

■ Tensile / Buckling Strength Test

Tensile strength and Buckling strength are representative tests to measure the strength of Stabilizer Link. Both OE and AM products must pass following test, and as shown in the graph below, AM products also meet the OE specification.

■ Pull-out Test

The Pull-out test, measures the endurance force of ball stud while being pulled of from the body. This test can measure how much force a ball stud can endure until it disengages from its body ; this specification is also based on OE data.
