BizRewards is a partner reward platform that allows CTR partners to select and order promotional items directly using credits. The platform gives partners greater flexibility in managing local marketing activities by enabling them to choose the promotional materials that best fit their market needs.

How Credits Are Allocated

Credits are not assigned based on a fixed formula.

Based on overall business engagement with CTR, including marketing participation, sales performance, and strategic collaboration
In the current phase, assigned at the regional level in alignment with marketing plans and business priorities, in accordance with CTR’s internal guidelines
As the platform stabilizes, allocation may increasingly reflect previous year’s order performance and overall business collaboration
Governed by CTR’s policies, with a validity period until December 31 of the third year following issuance

What is BizRewards Credit?

BizRewards Credit is a non-cash usage right provided within the platform.

Not cash or a financial asset
Not a sales discount
Cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
Does not generate interest
Usable only within the BizRewards platform

How It Works

1. Create Your Account

Enter the verification code sent to your email to create your account.
No password required. Login is done via verification code.

2. Access Your Credit

Click the profile icon at the top right to view your available credits.

3. Select & Receive Items

Select the items you need and receive them with your next parts shipment.

Shipping & Fulfillment Notice

Standard Consolidation

Promotional items ship with your regular parts orders to minimize freight costs and simplify receiving.

Capacity Limit

Maximum of two pallets of promotional items per container.
Any excess quantity will be included with your next scheduled parts shipment.

Adjustments

In rare cases where container capacity is fully utilized, minor shipment adjustments may occur.
Your sales manager will communicate any changes.

Depending on the import country's customs regulations, duties and VAT/GST may apply.
If applicable, tax responsibility will follow the Incoterms applied to the corresponding parts shipment.
