CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME 밡EOCTR?to 밅ENTRAL?/span>
We would like to inform you that our legal entity name will be changed from NEOCTR Co., Ltd. into CENTRAL Corporation effective from October 1, 2020. This is in accordance with the merger of the two companies.
Dating back to the year of 2012, CTR Aftermarket Division branched out from CENTRAL in the name of NEOCTR, as a focused organization to offer a wider range of products at a better price for the global aftermarket. Now the capabilities and fundamentals we have built for last ten years will blend in again with those of our OEM business at CENTRAL. The decision has been made based on a careful assessment of our growth potential in aftermarket, which we believe will lead to the enhancement of our competitiveness from the operational, financial, and customer-centric perspectives.
We would like to ensure that in spite of the merger, our level of customer satisfaction will be remained same as before. Please kindly consult our sales representatives who will assist you with legal and operational requirements, if any, for the business management process of your company. |

As we implement the new CTR code system that has been announced earlier, we found the numbering of some codes might confuse our customers; thus we are making the following amendments in our catalogue, effective on January 1st of 2020. The orders you have already placed in 2019 using new CTR codes will be manually processed by your respective CTR sales representatives, and there is no need for you to take any action to check and revise them. We would appreciate your attention to this change in your future orders from January 1st, 2020.

We announced earlier the implementation of new product code system, effective on May 1st, 2019. The purpose of this change is to better serve our customers with a more streamlined production and logistics management. We understand it may result in affecting your order placement system. In order to mitigate possible risks in your operations, the old product codes will also remain in our catalogue until December 31st, 2021, so you will be able to match up new codes with old ones. |
