CTR Code Modification

As we implement the new CTR code system that has been announced earlier, we found the numbering of some codes might confuse our customers; thus we are making the following amendments in our catalogue, effective on January 1st of 2020. The orders you have already placed in 2019 using new CTR codes will be manually processed by your respective CTR sales representatives, and there is no need for you to take any action to check and revise them. We would appreciate your attention to this change in your future orders from January 1st, 2020.

Change the Schedule for New Product Code Implementation

In 2019, we at CTR announced to transform the product code system. The original plan was to switch to new codes starting from January 1st, 2022, after two years of transition period during 2020-2021. However, we decided to extend the transition period for one year until the end of 2022, except for newly released products. New products from January 1^st, 2022, will have only new product codes. When the transition is complete, the old product codes will no longer appear in the order placement and box labeling from January 1st, 2023. Your cooperation for successful implementation of this important change is highly appreciated.
